A new fluorogenic click reaction for selective cell-labeling
18 January 2017
We reported a novel chemical reaction significantly simplifying the development of fluorescent probes that become active only when they react with the biological target of interest. This enables us to study the biological processes in cells and the specific biomolecules involved in them almost in real-time.
